Item Description: Ive got a nice Marlin 39A 1980's circa and Lyman peep sight for sale at 700.00 for sale.Gun still has rear sight installed as well as the front sight hood.These are great shooting rifles with their heavy barrells,plus they shoot,short,long,and long rifle ammunition.I believe it holds 26 shorts,19 longs,and 16 long rifle ammo.Gun will shoot 5/8" groups with the peeps at 50 yards,with ammo it likes,will shoot,under 1/2" with the shorts at 25.No reason a man couldnt feed himself a lifetime,with such an implement,if forced too.
This 1980 Marlin is in great shape and has a superb non problematic sighting system designed for the bush or very tough times.A steal at 700.00.Wish I could keep it another 2 decades.I can send more detailed images as needed,gun is in a very conservative grade of 90%,most sellers would grade at 95%
