As I was out with one of the units I was training, they had over 300 of the new Lancer L5 magazines. They replaced the metal GI mags that of course are in use widely, not only in the training command, but also Army-wide. We took a few mags held them in one hand and slapped the bottom of the mag with the other hand. In about 4-5 slams on the bottom, all 10 rounds that were in the mag came out. Don't think I will be investing in any of these after seeing that yesterday. I will stick with pmags and reg GI mags.
