I used to use a Lee manys years ago and found it did a good job. Loaded lots, and lots of shells. Once you get the sequience down you can stamp them out pretty darn quick. While true they are not the Quality of an MEC they are good functional Loaders. Still have my old one in the Attic. The newer ones are mostly all plastic, the older ones are some Plastic and Aluminum bases. The replacement parts and chance over kits are not very expensive either.
