I want to buy a inexpensive Honda, Kia or Toyota car with auto transmission for my sister in law, I have around $2,500 cash to spend. Must be very good mechanically, maybe fair to good cosmetically, with a few dings and a dent is okay, but i’m not looking for a fixer-upper, needs to be able to be driven right away. Clean Georgia title only. I don’t think she needs emissions in her county.
