I love me some hamburgers. Not your typical common franchise locations though. Mom and pop local businesses are my go to. In Commerce we have Hucks which I frequent once or twice a week. My favorite burger joints are in Athens though. Clocked and The Grill are so good Wimpy himself would come right out of the comic strip.

Love a good burger. Back in the 60’s there was a little joint in Savannah, guy had a butcher grind him a special blend of beef cuts. Fried them on the old flat griddle.

A good cheeseburger is my favorite food. Even more than a good steak, and I love me some steak.

I too would rather go to a local place. Here in Macongo it's Fincher's BBQ that has the best "homemade" hamburgers I've eaten. Nothing fancy, no fresh vegetables to pollute it, no fancy pants truffle infused raspberry aioli, no nothing! Just a little mustard based BBQ sauce and not much of that.

My hamburgers are my favorite ones whether they’re traditional or smash burgers on the griddle.

But I’d guess the best I’ve had in a restaurant lately would be from Wayback Burger. I might’ve just gotten lucky though.

I’d agree if you meant smashing burgers on bacon grease or mixing ground bacon in with ground Chuck and ground brisket.

Otherwise, I’d rather have bacon on its own.
