I used to get the large chicken finger plate fairly regularly, but then I looked up the nutrition info. I'm definitely no health nut (which is quite obvious), but had to quit ordering them. Not based on the fat or calories, but the sodium. There are days worth of salt in that meal. I should have said sodi-yum because it's definitely tasty. However my doctor would be very unhappy. And I can hear my heart beat from time to time.
