Lol been a Long day of sweat and ticks and I have just re-checked this thread.....lol at some of the answers!!
It's a swingers club sign, I basically means that there is a swingers hangout close by, the swinging line is obvious the metal in the pie tins signify roof so it's a mostly indoor activity club that may not make much sense but the tradition started in Europe where most roofs are tin clad. The number of tins hanging show how many openings the club has in this case open for 2 new couples an 1 single as stated by the two paired plates and the one single, I can't make it out by the picture but if the knot on the single plate is on the inside they have a female opening and visa versa. Hope this helps
