I sent a trader a payment for an item that he agreed to ship the next day, and I haven't received it two weeks later and he won't respond to my repeated Pm questions. This particular fellow only had one positive feedback (no negatives) at the time of the transaction, and only a couple posts.

The item was 50 bucks and it appears that he has either taken me to the cleaners or has fallen ill suddenly, or his dog ate the item. My question is, will negative feedback help at this point? I'm afraid this is a person who may have done everything this before and just set up a new account.

Negative feedback!! Also, send a certified demand for the item. If still no reply its called theft by conversion.

I did the paypal gift thing. Sucks because I can't dispute it on paypal.
