Guilty until proven innocent . he is lucky he had proof that he just withdrew it from his bank account . If not they surly would have took it from him and he would then have to play hell to prove he legitimatey earned it and it is his .... Had a friend get pulled over in LA with $28000 in cash in his briefcase to buy a boat . They confiscated it and it took him about a year and $7000 to get it back....Once again 'Guilty" until proven Innocent .
