I need a little info on buy/sell silver....any help appreciated.

Wanting to start buying some metals, i have a few questions on buying and selling.

1- Is there always a premium paid? Buying and sellIng ?
What is expected ?
2- Is it better to buy from individual, rather than a service?
3- what to stay away from....

Just wanting to start with some silver rounds.... any help appreciated.

I generally buy from these two sites. I believe there is a gold/silver trader on here that occasionally sells. Depending on what you're buying if you pay spot or more. I feel more comfortable buying from a business.
