I'd be serious about your expectations and go from there. Of the two listed, the criterion is the obvious choice. I'd do a proof, but I shoot 6.5 CM because it's ballisticlly superior.

Go with the Criterion - the unknown variable in your build. If you do your part but the MOA isn't acceptable you won't have lost - you will have added to your knowledge of barrels. You will also have scratched that itch you might get from wondering how it compares to the more familiar SS Ultra Match barrel.
