I found the owners and they are home!

Well great news! The owner of the shepherd contacted me through Nextdoor and the other one was his neighbors dog. They got out of the fence on the 4th , probably the fireworks. They were about 7 miles away.

I just got back from taking them home.

Oh, Thank God, I had the worse guilt trip if these Poor Dogs were taken to a Shelter, I was ready to help of pay for a fence. Thanks for the update.

That's the best news I've heard in awhile and the best that we could have hoped for.
Thank you for taking those guys in and doing everything you could to help them.
