Trailer loaded with huge old heavy equipment tires and rims. They said the driver "had the trailer up." I guess he didn't want the load to shift forward or something.... Gonna totally demolish the bridge and start over...

I have seen that happen in Covington. Guy went down the road with the trailer still up. Prime example of a useless MF.

Dump truck drivers stupid enough to drive at full speed down a major highway with the dump bed raised are NOT THAT RARE.

Why not just make the same dumb ass kamikaze another raised dump bed in from the other side and knock it back square? Problem solved!

I thought there's a safety mechanism which would stop from raising the bed while in faster speeds such as highway driving. Maybe some odt drivers can chime in on this @Ken Ford , do you know about these trucks?
