I thought you sprayed it all.... Which is a terrible thing to doI guess it could but it’s just the underside of the floor boards. Still plenty of area exposed to review and inspect pipes/electrical

I doubt it but to each his own, I’ll just be quietNot necessarily true. Depends on the insulation and the windows 3.5 ton is right on spec for 2000 sq ft
If you say so.I doubt it but to each his own, I’ll just be quiet
A standard A/C is just as efficient as a heat pumpThe South is just seeming to catch up with the northern climes on the value of good insulation. It's probably the single most important part of lowering electric bills.
That being said, going to a heat pump system is a huge win as well. The modern units are way more efficient than standard AC.
Captdave77 put a Bosch variable speed unit in a few years back when my upstairs unit died and it cut my power bill by about 1/4-1/3rd. GA Power routinely says on my bill that my house is one of the most power efficient in my billing area.
The reduced draw of a heat pump *might* allow it to work off solar, but I would think you would need a pretty hefty battery bank to run when it's hot and cloudy.
It’s not the heat pump that saved money it’s the high quality system that didHe also did mine, and now for a 1,600 ft cabin in the mountains, my power bill runs on average $90.00 a month..Heat pump thermostat sits at 72 during the summer
Just curious how long have you been in the business?I doubt it but to each his own, I’ll just be quiet
Plus when I built it, I had a ton of insulation installed. It’s not the heat pump that saved money it’s the high quality system that did
