Exactly. That's what you get now for $14-$15 per hour. I'm forced to hire people like this. And what's sad is you have to interview 10 guys to find one this good. (he's shown up and working)

And it's getting worse. The biggest problem that l see coming is that there's nobody with actual experience to teach the very few that will work. Seems like everybody in construction is going to colledge to learn how to build a building and can't even push a broom themselves.
