How do I list an item for sale?

I have a trailer that i want to put for sale but could not figure out why i do not have permissions to post to the classified sections.

You have to go through a fearsome quest that involves way to much midget glorifying for my taste.

Go to classified, look for forum for vehicles go in then look for post new add

You cannot lies an item for sale here, you can only list items for cell or for sail.
