I am a #1 here
I am a #4. At times, I like to partake in a tad of #5.
I know an old woman that chews on 5 with no problem and looking for hotter peppers and hotter sauce. She amazes me.
Number 5 ! My dad was same way he would pick a pod of cow horn hot paper off stalk in garden and eat it like candy !
I used to love hot sauce but since I lost my gallbladder it don't like me if it starts out as a 1 it ends up at a 5.
My problem with hot sauce is once I get started the hotter it is the more I want. Then I pay dearly for it later.
Anyone out near Douglasville, I'll give you a taste of my home grown pepper mash. My buddies call it **** no sauce.
Texas Pete is my go to. Keep a bottle in the truck and some pacs in my man bag
4-5 I like it hot.
I like to make my own, usually make some every year out of the garden. I grow from jalapeños to reapers and I love grinding the reapers and putting them in chili or my wife’s fajita soup.
doesn’t take much though, I make jerky with it too.
I like it hot most times. Other times I like it hot enough I'm gonna dread not having a creek to **** in. Got some homemade reaper sauce thats great with chili or chicken stew.
