I've been impressed with there customer service twice now, the first time I made a stupid mistake and broke a decapping pin and the replaced it for free. The second time my old scale died. They ended up replacing it for free, even though it was definitely outside of the one year warranty. The only out of pocket cost was the price of shipping the old one back to them.
