did its job. Only reason the perp didn't kill was because of the bullets condition. In my course I learned a 380 acp will go through a 1"thick mohogany door, and over penetration worried him.
I can also understand part of his reasoning. I'm fully prepared to lose my life in defense of my family, but if the situation allows it, I'd rather not use lethal force. I will, but it would wreak havoc on a sane persons mind to kill.
