Home fires in Paulding co.

Where's this located in relation to dallas?
Almost across from the hospital.
It's about 1/4 mile from the new hospital at Dallas Highway and 278.
Seriously, there was a rash of these type fires in N Fulton county several (10?) years ago, and they banned the use of vinyl siding via building code for closely spaced housing. Now it is Hardi plank if you want siding.
As fast as the fire moved, it's a good thing they were close.
I cannot blame the fire department , but they were relatively minutes away. But there's no telling how long the fire was burning before they received the alarm.
from what i've seen they are mostly older people whom are downsizing and selling off their big house, these older people either travel, can't walk very well, or just need to be closer to hospitals.
the neighborhoods aren't problematic really until the older people die and then they become low rent homes for anyone that the government pays their rent and utilities
Here in Paulding it’s not the elderly downsizing , these houses go strait to transplants who can’t afford Cobb county prices and lucky us they move here
From what I've seen prices are about the same, even here in c'ville.
