People have lost their damn minds. Maybe carry clay pigeons and hope that if they throw them with a nice high arc the shooter's competitive instincts will kick in, giving them time to run away. A good slingshot and ball bearings would be more effective than a hockey puck! (applying for "Dennis the Tactical Menace" trademark now)
