Amatuer. Everybody knows you're supposed to put in a GFI outlet that close to water.

It could be GFCI protected from the other bathroom
It’d be a lot safer with those little plastic things plugged in the parents of toddlers have all around their house.
How else are you supposed to heat up the babies bath water??? Well???
Prob has a GFCI breaker
Water is a terrible conductor for electricity. I have seen hots and neutrals in fountains not tripping breakers with no issues..lol
I even stuck my hand in there to see if I could feel voltage but I was wearing boots....you need amps to spice things up.
Also looks like a 15 amp outlet, bathrooms should be 20.
