I'm having an issue with the cylinder not turning far enough to cycle the next round when fired DA. If I cock the hammer back it cycles fine. I shot over 100 rds through it sunday, but it had issues trying to shoot DA. Any ideas what to look at or what could be wrong?
Thanks, John

Have you given it a good cleaning? It sounds like the hand is slipping in double action, that could be to a build up of gunk, especially if shooting. Lot of cheap lead ammo.

Needs a new hand to turn the cylinder.

I had to put one in my R-107

You will have to fit it, it may be a job for a smith.

I was able to do mine in a few hours. You only need a punch and a file.

Thanks for the info guys. I'll break it back down to make sure it's not a cleaning issue and inspect that part too. I'll let you know what I come up with.

This^^
The wear can be both there and on the cyl so be sure to check the timing... A local gunsmith in your area can do this with no problem.

It will be hard to notice any significant wear, because they are all hand fit and there are no measurements to rely on. It only takes a tiny amount of wear to cause a problem.

Good luck with it, they are nifty little guns.
