Looks like a 1970 model. 27,549 produced

Winchester has produced a
metric buttload of commemorative 30-30 rifles going back over 60 years.

Here's a list of the different variations of the commemorative models of their Winchester 94.

I'm not a collector of these things, but I would think if the rifle's in excellent condition (but missing the box and paperwork) it would be in the $1100 range.

$1100 is very optimistic, there is very little demand for these even in collector's/NIB condition. As mentioned, Winchester made commemorative rifles for damn near anything in the late 60's/early 70's, and they have never been great sellers.

It's basically a post '64 shooter Winchester 94, so $700.
