Help wanted in Construction Field

asphalt company looking to hire.
Your work won't be actually with asphalt but with a crew that installs rock before asphalt.
**This is outside in the elements i.e hot,cold, wet dry**
Requirements:
.Speak English
.Be able to use a shovel and labor type work
.Be on time 6:00 am in lithonia off of hwy 124

Excellent job for a younger person that wants to work a good job with plenty of overtime. Might be $10 an hour to start if you know nothing ,I'll have to check on that .

Putting in crusher run base with the motorgrader crew is a much better job than working the asphalt crew IMHO . Speak english LOL ! GLWS

That's all I do is stay on a motorgrader all day. I need a laborer on my crew, very easy job

Do you have any type of transportation?

The labor part of the job is not using a shovel all day out in the heat. You might use a shovel for 10 minutes and not use it again for an hour or 2.
A guy on a piece of equipment needs a set of eyes on the ground to watch out for things like manholes, water valves etc.
and anything else we work around.
•Check grade with a ruler
•Collect tickets from dump trucks when they bring a load of gravel to us
•Move barrels out of way and put back
Seriously a lot of it will be standing around in the elements When there is none of the above to do , until it's time to do them again.There is also room for advancement, like equipment operation , rubber tire loaders, bobcat, rollers
