Help trying to figure out what to do with a large room that used to be a garage. Bedroom, office or ?

WE took the 22x30 room over the garage and made it into a bedroom, massive mirrored bed, massive shower, large cedar closets. heated bathroom floors and towel racks. The rest of the house became the gun room, bunker room as in food, living room kitchen, craft room and one bedroom. we are now painting it to sale, going to miss that 600 sqare foot bedroom, gun room and bucker room. under the garage was the man cave.

This room is an everything room AKA junk room as we have never been able to figure out what to use it for due to the layout. Before we bought this house this was a garage someone converted to a room with an exterior breezeway connected to the carport. Any ideas from you creative folks?
