Anybody have a good idea how old this tool is? Somebody would’ve likely traded this tool to my Papa but it’s possible he purchased it

My guess is late 60’s early 70’s

If I’m reading it right, 1970 or later.

I have a impact like that I bought new in the late seventies it should have a leather cover on it
