BOTTOM ONE IS A ARROW REST FOR COMPOUND BOW. UNSURE ON TOP ONE MAY BE BOW SIGHT.GO TO TRU GLO WEBSIGHT ON IT.

Like others have said, bottom pic is arrow rest. Top pic is the sight base, part that mounts to bow, sight head is missing. The logo is the original Bowtech logo when Bowtech first cam on the scene.
