Headstamp ID help (Found)

Can one of you fine gentlemen assist me with identifying the year this ammunition was manufactured?

Headstamp is SL with a 4.

I know SL is for the Saint Louis Ordnance Plant but I'm not familiar with a single number code, instead of the usual two digits referencing the year.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Could it for 1907?

I've had WCC stamped 45ACP ammo stamped with one digital before.

This is a guess.
