Has anyone smoked a pre-cooked ham?

Yes. Technically the smoke really only infuses the meat for the first 30 minutes to an hour anyway, and after that it's just cooking. I have done it many times with pre-cooked and uncooked. They come out pretty much the same, just less time on the pre-cooked.
 
I put one on my grill, indirect heat, right out of the plastic wrapper. I let it heat for about 3 or 4 hours and the crowd loved it. I got a lot of positive feedback.

No glaze recipes?

Dude... you don't glaze a smoked ham!! If you want some flavor, take the precooked ham, wrap it in super heavy duty aluminum foil, before sealing it, mix 1/2 cup orange juice and 1/2 cup apple juice and pour in it, grill on indirect heat for 2 hrs, then unwrap it and smoke on indirect heat for 1 to 2 hours. On Monday you can pm me for my address so you'll know where to send half of the tip money you collect...
