Hard to pass up...

I do, specifically because I've know he was in the area since last February. I've passed up a chance at a second buck probably over a dozen times this year. My first was a mid size 10 point I took on opening day of ML season.
I've passed on this guy twice. He's good, but not as heavy as he looks here. He was still in velvet in this pic.
Looks like he may be into rut again by the stains on his hocks...
He broke that G3 off sometime between Dec 2 and Dec 6. In both sets of pics his neck swollen up and his hocks are stained. I don't think has come out of the first rut yet.
He would be on the deer cart where we hunt.
