I bet you get it in a couple of weeks. Yes 45 days is the limit in all of GA's 159 counties.

The law says they now have only 45 days to issue.

mine took damn near 4 months but it was 3yrs ago in lowndes co. I can't wait till renewal to see the new law in effect.

Just waiting now.

Lowndes did mine in about 8-10 days last fall...

my wife got hers in 10 days. she never even had a speeding ticket. mine took nearly the whole 90 days.
I had a few minor brushes with the law.

Dekalb has seemed to be the worst. First county gco sued, I believe. In 2011 it took me 6 months.
