Gunsmith Recommendation to cut and re-crown a barrel

I am looking for someone to cut/shorten a barrel from 22" to 18.5 and re-crown it. Really need someone who knows what they are doing, especially for the crown and not just a guy with a hacksaw and a file. Live in the Hoschton/Braselton area but don't mind driving a bit for quality work. Any recommendations? Thanks.
