Got a new to me Truck.....then a problem

No I asked the salesman if they are paying for it and he said yeah. He said he wouldnt let something like that cause bad blood. I mean if fixing this they are still making money off the sale of the truck. Had I seen/noticed it before would have still bought the truck if they fixed it first.

Very cool. I've noticed that a lot more dealers are doing this type of thing these days. Honestly, I think the internet has a lot to do with it. One mad customer can actually do damage to a dealership's reputation with all the sites around for that sort of thing. An angry customer will always air their gripe...a happy customer won't waste the time most of time.

I've had a 1997 Ram, a 2001, a 2007, and now a 2011. No problem with door seals or wind noise. Good, solid, great driving and riding trucks, with bad gas mileage (until the 2011).
