Good mechanic Around John's Creek, and Norcross?

I am looking for a mechanic to look at the front suspension on my Nissan Pickup. I think it's a bad wheel bearing but I'm not sure. Any recommendations on a good mechanic?

What ever you do don't go to America's Service Station in Norcross... they will tell you that you need to replace a bunch of crap that is unnecessary... These guys are crooks!
