Takin' the jon boat out tomorrow...either wanna catch a cooler full of bream or catfish...either going to Yargo or Bear Creek...what ya'll think???

always do that....just don't know what to go after...I know Lanier's patterns like the back of my hand...just want to fish the smaller puddles this weekend in the ss shrimp

Have you did an internet search for fishing reports?

I went to a farm pond last weekend; bream were biting great very early but slowed after it got hot. We tried catfish about mid-morning but nothing.

I would pay just as much to have access to an old farm pond as I would a hunt club...when I lived on the southside I had everyday access to at least 5 different ponds! I ate fish for years! Not only that I could duck hunt them as well!!! Nothing up here like that anymore....
