California is full of dope smoking tree huggers. ☮ junkies with a few hunters scattered here and there. Not to mention the borderline skizoid actors. Who are so well graded with guns they themselves will never have to think of touching a gun. However, unless it's in the movie they star in that kill 100 people by the time it's over with. The mainstream movement in Cali is focused around Holleywood and its players who feed to State Government millions to aid in pushing their agenda. California isn't a state. It's a big mental recovery center for Idiots. Basically the whole state is onoing experiment in lunacy so they don't count as a functioning vital state to the rest of us. I wouldn't give it a Second thought.
No. Technically, the corporation is a "foreign corporation" (relative to the state) because it is incorporated in a different state, but it can still be named as a defendent in a CA lawsuit.
Not if it's a Civil Suit. I belive that's correct. I wouldn't bet the farm on it.
It's just in a civil suit you have to file suit in the state where the gun manufacturer is.
