I dig it! I wouldn't ditch my G45 for it, but I'd definitely add one to the stable.

Shadow Systems has been doing this 2+ years with the MR920L which is my favorite Shadow model by quite a large margin. It has the best recoil impulse of all the non-compensated Shadows. It's interesting that the gun shoots flatter/smoother than a full size frame, full size slide, but it has to do with the extra leverage the magwell provides on the shorter grip by working against your pinky as well as the forced high grip by the shorter grip space. You also don't really lose anything, running full size mags just means it sticks out a tad bit more and you have room to rip your mag out if need be.
