I've always just showed up. You have to hand it off to an employee when you get to the driveway, so they can ensure it's unloaded and do whatever their safety protocols are. It is pretty quick to get in and out of there though. They go through and replace anything worn on the gun, and they have always given me new magazines to replace the ones I've had in the case. Their customer service is unbeatable.

just show up, unload the gun, tell the armorers what you would like, watch the glock history video 14 times, give them $57 and be on your way. I stopped by there one day on the way to a sales call, took about 30 or so minutes. I also went in with 2 mags and left with 3.. best deal in town
