GCO Volunteers Needed: Pickens Co. Sheriff's JEEPFEST Sept 5-6, 2015

I'm setting up a recruiting table for GeorgiaCarry.Org at Jeepfest again and could use some help.

The Pickens County Sheriff's Office JeepFest is a great event. It nearly doubles every year. We do really well at Jeep Fest so the more help there the better. Jeep folks are independently minded and most are RTBA supporters. This event is free for the public to view, or if you have a Jeep vehicle you can register to enter for a fee.

I also wish to note that home base is in a new location. It's no, longer in Jasper. If you are heading north on 515, when you get to the first red light turn right on GA108. At the four way stop in Tate stay straight (GA53) and travel approx. 4+ miles and it will be on the right, you will Not be able to miss it.

Here are some other directions from other places.

17 miles from Ga 400 in Dawsonville by traveling Hwy 53 East the entire route.

From Cartersville travel time is 1 hour. Take Hwy 411 to Hwy 140. Hwy 140 to Hwy 108. hey 108 all of the way to the event.

Ellijay....take 515 South through Jasper. You will pass Hwy 53 West and continue south to the third light. Turn Left and travel just under 6 miles. Event will be on your right.

Remember, you have to out East in your GPS or it will default to west.
