Anyone around the ATL or north GA area have any of the parts to make gas checks for casting bullets? I have been looking at few molds and have a few molds that use gas checks. I have some caliber gas checks already but was looking at buying one of the kits to make gas checks (around $80-100 per size) and thought I'd see if anyone already had any sizes, maybe I would get a different size and we could swap around sizes.
I was looking at 22, 30, and 458 caliber gas checks.
I'll probably try the molds I have and powder coat some without gas checks and see how they shoot but thought I'd check and see if anyone nearby has the bits to make them. I have 270, 35, 348 and 44 gas checks already but could see using a lot of the 22 and 30 caliber checks so was mainly looking at those sizes.
