Absolutely not, one of the few things that the ATF has actually done right over the years is exempt classic pistols that were issued with stocks like this from the NFA. C96s, Artillery and Navy lugers, and some Hi-Powers are other examples with stocks that are exempt.

It is a reproduction as far as I know, and the way I understand it is that as long as the stocks are identical to the originals then they retain their exemption status.
