Item Description: A widow friend of the family is selling her husbands guns and I am helping her. Here is a military issued Savage 720 produced 1943 per serial number with US military markings in excellent condition. Bass pro in has one in Nebraska for $1599- https://www.basspro.com/shop/en/101307059 , I haven’t been able to get info on any other sales of military issued 720’s. So the few out there are being kept within families. Making this a rare find. I can send more pics via pm if needed. A little known fact is that Remington couldn’t produce there 1100 fast enough, so savage was given there design/specs and made them the same way. The guns are in jasper/Dawsonville line, but they come to Kennesaw almost every week. the ammo listed in pic( 50 Winchester super x 7 1/2shot$50value, 125 Winchester AA 8 shot$66 value, 15 federal premium-6 shot 2 3/4mag $8. It also comes with gun soft case, range case and silencino glasses pics can be sent via pm, as I maxed out. So $899 is a smoking good deal for the gun on its own, but when you add in $116 no tax or shipping($135) in ammo and the ammo is below market price as well, and then you add in the range bag , soft rifle case$30 as well as ANSI Z87.1 rated silenco shooting glasses $20 with it, it becomes a smoking good deal, as you are only paying $763 (or less if I was to value the ammo at current prices) for the rifle. I do have an xdm 9mm to trade for a Glock 17 gen3 or higher, 2 Norinco mak90’s in 56s conversions, as well as ballistic fast 3+ helmets for sale as well. If shipped it is assumed you have checked your states laws and there would be a higher fee as I don’t know what the cost is to ship a gun to another state.
