To all of our loyal customers that have placed orders or are waiting to place orders:

We wanted to take a minute to thank all of you for your patience during this crazy time in our industry. Please know that we're working diligently to get all orders processed in a timely fashion and we're building and shipping orders as fast as we possibly can. We have tripled our staff in our Admin, Shipping, and Manufacturing departments to help get your orders out to you faster and get caught up on back-ordered products that you may be waiting to order.

Between our retail store in North Las Vegas and our Manufacturing / Wholesale operation we are receiving OVER 3,000 e-mails and 2,500 phone calls daily. We ask that you remain patient as we are trying to give the level of great customer service we are known for to every customer, but that takes time. We are currently sending out tracking numbers for over 1500 orders to ship between now and 14 January. During the next week if we need any information to process your order that we don't have or are not clear on we will contact you via the e-mail address you registered on our site with.

The more we can cut down on the phone calls and e-mails, the more orders our Admin staff can process daily and get you tracking numbers with a ship date for. We are hoping to be caught up with all online retail orders in the next 3-4 weeks at the latest if not sooner.

I promise you we are all working at full speed every day of the week to get all of our great customers taken care in a timely fashion. Thank you again for your patience while we work our way out of this backlog. We appreciate your business very much and look forward to serving you in the future.
