Red fox—-I would dispose him he looks to have rabies,use gloves if you handle him.

It doesn't really matter does it? It is a dead whatever walking and needs to be put out of what looks like misery. I say just shoot it!!!! and I agree wear gloves when handling it. Rabies a definite possibility as well as scabies.
