I use a home remedy for my arthritis. Works good for me and immediate relief.
Cut up three avacodo pits and soak in rubbing alcohol for at least 1 week. Strain the pits out and pour the rubbing alcohol back into the original container. Rub the rubbing alcohol into the sore joints when needed. It really works.
