Another from the back of the safe for my brothers and sisters on the Trader. This is an engraved FN 1910 model with real pearl grips manufactured around 1920ish in the powerful 32 acp caliber. What I have read about these guns is that John Browning offered it to Colt but they were happy with the their Colt 1903 pistol and declined. Browning then brought it to Belgium to FN and they began manufacturing them. It was popular in Europe with police and military. It has a slim profile, a grip safety like the Colt government model, thumb safety and a magazine safety, the mag release is the European style on the bottom of the grip. Recoil is almost nothing. Feels small in my hand but if I shot it more I could get used to it. Fun fact- This model FN 1910 in 380 caliber was used to assassinate Archduke Ferdinand of Austria and his wife in Sarajevo in 1914 kicking off WW1. If you have comments or info please share.
