The felon had a jam and that is when he came around with the butt strokes. I really do not understand how the other two are not accomplices? They knew all about this fool and can't imagine they didn't know he had a gun.

I don't see how we've gone from a war on drugs to 'defund the police' - We're seriously going downhill here. You see what our brave and outstanding Police are putting up with for a barebones salary - Lets increase the police salary, training budget and access to appropriate weapon systems [outgunned as it stands by the 'draco' and AR pistols].

Unfortunately, it is a two edged sword: There are plenty of sociapaths in law enforcement, biding their time as a normal LEO while inside them is a demon screaming to get out.
