This is my baby. Had it for too long to sell. But I'll keep an eye out.

I'm on the hunt too! The internet has driven the price of these way up. I live in Roswell and have seen a few slip through for a decent price in recent years. I think the trick is to buy locally vs one that's inflated via being sold online. I'll keep looking as well!

I disagree with the internet driving the price up. Demand has driven the price up. Look at Scouts, Wagoners and early Broncos. All have seen huge price increases. Blazers not as much. Early Land cruiser prices are up 29% in 2020 over 2019. In general older nice used cars have increased in price or at least maintained. Nothing has gone down. Just like machine guns you never pay too much you just buy too early.

I agree with respect to the internet. If anything, the advent of the internet and the ability of a buyer to search so, so many alternative guns, prices, locations, situations, etc. has worked against those sellers who rely on geographically limited customer without full information. In the end, this does keep things as reasonable, IMO....it may not seem like it, but think if you were just at the mercy of your local gun shop/pawn shop..

I had a 73 FJ40 and did a radical modify to it..Dropped a LT-1 in and raised, I used the Downey Automotive swap kit sold in California, many years ago..Lots of modifications and money..Miss that animal..

I’ve got a 73 I’m parting with. She’s cherry
