Featured Listings in Dark Mode

Could the highlighting on featured listings (main listings, not side bar) be toned down in dark mode?
I use dark mode because I don't want mt laptop screen shining in my face.
I understand highlighting them, but can they be toned down to a dimmer shade of bright?
Scrolling past one is like someone flashing their high beams in me face.

Only option on PC (that I can find) is changing Style.
2 Dark styles. Both the same (in this respect).
